We successfully orchestrated a standout Corporate Festival & Family Fun Day, captivating 800 attendees with an efficiently managed, full-day extravaganza. 

Our preparation covered all logistical bases—licenses, insurance, & safety assessments—to guarantee a flawless event. Our committed events team were supported by first aid attendees & friendly security. 

Highlights included a dynamic festival lineup on a stage bus and a global awards ceremony via Zoom, merging local employee festivities with worldwide employee engagement.

Diverse culinary offerings from bars and street food vendors, along with a variety of children’s entertainment—petting farm, inflatables, pony rides—ensured enjoyment for all ages. We prioritized safety with accessible first aid and robust security, supported by a committed event team. 

This event showcased our knack for blending meticulous planning with engaging entertainment, delivering a memorable experience efficiently.

Collaborating with a local early years consultancy body, we orchestrated “A Festival of Play.” Set across acres of open fields and woodland, attendees had the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the imaginative worlds of young children, embarking on a profoundly educational journey. This was a conference unlike any other, blending exploration with enlightenment in an unforgettable setting.


The event unfolded with eight interactive educational activities and classes led by esteemed SMEs, offering a unique blend of learning & play opportunities. These sessions were complemented by moving talks from industry-leading keynote speakers, enhancing the professional development experience.

Throughout the event, attendees enjoyed vibrant entertainment and engaging compèring, alongside the opportunity to explore market stalls that provided a lively networking ambiance. 

The day concluded with an after-party, where attendees had the chance to unwind and network further, reflecting on the day’s insights and connections made.

Held on a working commercial flower farm, surrounded by seasonal blooms, under Kissing Gate canvas we supported a local charity with their annual Ball. Managing all aspects from tickets sales & sponsors to the delivery of the event. The night was support by an compere, upbeat folk band & DJ. Guests enjoyed an elaborate three course meal, with table service for beverages. After dinner, an auction was held raising funds for the charity. Guests had plenty of run under Kissing Gate canvas & danced into the night.
